Once the criminal procedures begin,the defendant's personal freedom,property,residence and documents are probably facing improper infringement from investigation organs.Based on the principles of presumption of innocence,procedure justice and constitutional theory etc,it is necessary to establish system for lawyers to provide legal help for defendants from the perspective of procedure and entity etc.It is regulated in the Constitutions and criminal procedure law and other relevant international conventions throughout the world that defendants have right to obtain effective legal help from lawyers in all stages of procedures.To learn the international conventions on defendant's help right obtained from lawyers abroad is of great reference significance for us to understand defendant's help right from lawyers and perfect relevant systems.
