商务礼仪是人们在商务活动中长期形成的一种惯用形式和行为准则。它在商务活动中起着非常重要的作用。而这些准则又因为文化背景的不同,引起商务礼仪行为上的差异。本文将从文化层面上,着重从时间观、空间观、价值观、语言习惯等方面对中西方商务礼仪的差异进行比较和分析。通过比较,得出要进行有效的文化沟通,采取适当的沟通途径,克服文化差异的不利因素,加强商务合作。

Business etiquette is habitual style and behavior norms formed in long-term business activities. It plays an important role in business activities. And due to different cultural backgrounds,these norms lead to differences in business activities. This paper compares and analyzes the differences of Chinese and western business etiquette from cultural level,especially from the aspects of outlook on time,space,value and language habits etc. Through comparison,this paper comes to the conclusion that in order to carry out effective cultural communication,proper communicative approaches should be adopted to overcome the disadvantages of cultural differences and strengthen business cooperation.
