浅论大学生的弹性就业

On College Students' Flexible Employment

随着我国高等教育的大众化,大学生毕业人数不断增加,每年有大批的大学生毕业,加上往届的待业毕业生,大学生就业问题就凸显出尖锐的矛盾,大学生的就业问题已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文分析了大学生就业"难"及"难"的原因,大学生应该怎样摆正心态对待这一现象。而弹性就业空间广阔,快捷高效,适应性强,只要大学毕业生自身积极主动,转变意识,培养创业精神,社会各方为大学生弹性就业制定相关导向性的激励制度,提供良好的舆论氛围,创造适宜的保障环境,那么这种新形式的多样化的就业模式将成为缓解大学生就业难的未来趋势和必然选择。

With the popularization of Chinese higher education,the number of college graduates is increasing.Annually a large number of college student graduates.Together with the former unemployment college graduates,the contradiction of college student employment is more obvious,which has drawn public concern from all levels of the society.This paper analyzes the difficulties in college graduates'employment and the reasons for it as well as how college students should treat this problem properly.Instead,the space of flexible employment is broad,efficient and with strong adaptability.If college graduates can change awareness actively,cultivate pioneering spirits and all levels of the society can formulate relevant instructive incentive system,build up an atmosphere with positive public opinion,create suitable guarantee environment,this new and diversified employment mode will become future trend and necessary choice to relieve college students'difficult situation of employment.
