摘要
本文正是在借鉴国内外对网络拥塞控制技术已有研究成果的基础上,充分考虑网络填报志愿的实际情况,在详细分析影响网络运行效率各种影响因素的基础上,提出了网络拥塞控制的改进策略,并将这些研究成果应用到实践中。
Based on the research achievements on network jam control technology home and abroad,fully concerning the actual situation of network gathering voluntary,this paper analyzes all kinds of factors that affect network operation efficiency,puts forward improving strategies and applies these research achievements in practice.
