政府支出与居民消费关系分析

摘要 "居民跨期优消费"在分析政府支出与居民消费关系问题上存在严重不足,应该从我国宏观经济运行的现实出发进行研究,因为政府在国民收入中的分配份额增加相应带来居民收入、消费减少,并不能否定政府财政政策在居民消费中的调节效应,除此因素,我国政府支出并没有对居民消费产生挤出效应。政府支出调节居民消费的重点应该放在财政支出结构的优化上。
