摘要 非对称正交铺层使得复合材料层压板产生面内翘曲,脱离铺层平面,并且形成两个稳定存在状态。对于非对称铺层产生的变形,无论是来自物理因素还是化学因素,最初的认识都是固化收缩引发内应力。双稳态复合材料恰恰充分利用了这一点:即利用这种非对称铺层自身两个稳定存在的状态,通过极小的外界能量引发形状的改变,以达到工程应用的要求。本文综述了非对称正交铺层双稳态复合材料在国内外发展与应用的情况,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Unsymmetric laminates often produce deformations and warps in composites, which will lead composites to break away layers plane and form two stable states. Originally, the deformation and warp are considered as a kind of interior stress, no matter from physics or from chemistry. While bi-stable composites develop the characterization that tiny energy brings a larger deformation. The development and application of unsymmetric bi-stable composites are reviewed and the prospect is also put forward.
