全球化及其对国际关系的影响

Globalization and Its Impact upon International Relations

“全球化”概念在国际政治学界一直存在着争议 ,自由主义学者认为全球化预示着国际化、新的社会分工及其加剧上述进程的竞争环境 ;现实主义学派则认为 ,全球化带来世界范围内社会关系的密切化 ,国际政治与经济、内政与外交的关系日益模糊。不论各个学派、学者的立场和观点如何 ,但可以肯定的是 :全球化已经成为新的国际关系的核心 ,并对国际关系产生重大的影响。在探讨与梳理全球化理论发展脉络的基础上 ,对全球化的国际政治内涵作出了规范 ,并指出全球化对国际关系产生三方面的冲击与变革。

The concept “globalization” is a controversial issue in the international political science circle. The liberalism school predicts that the globalization means an internationalization and a new social labour division is therefore formed in a more competitive environment, while the pragmatism school reckons that the globalization will lead to a closer interdependence of universal social relationships, thus blurring increasingly the relationship between international politics and economy and between domestic and foreign affairs. No matter how the schools and scholars differ from each other in their stance and viewpoints regarding globalization, it is certain that the globalization has become a new core issue for the new international relations, exerting a great influence upon them. Exploring and systematizing the development of the globalization theory, the author tries to give an interpretation of the connotation of the globalized international politics, and points out that globalization will bring impacts and changes to the international relations in three aspects.
