摘要
本文讨论了等速运动电荷周围的位移电流及位移电流线方程,并讨论了等速运动电荷激发的电磁场的性质。
This paper discusses the displacement Current about an uniform moving electric charge and the equation of displacement Current line and the propevty of electromagnetic field aroused by an uniform moving electric charge.
