摘要
随着工业经济逐步向知识经济转型 ,企业的核心生产要素正由劳动力和资本转向知识 ,人们纷纷谋求通过知识管理来提升企业的核心竞争力 .针对当前企业实施知识管理所面临的主要障碍———缺乏有效的知识贡献激励机制 ,提出了考核员工知识贡献的指标体系和测度员工知识贡献等级的评估方法 ,并设计了面向员工知识贡献等级的奖惩方案 .这对确保企业知识管理的实施效果具有重要意义 .
Nowadays,industry-based economy is evolving to knowledge-based economy.In the process,the central production factor of enterprises is also changing from labor force and capital to knowledge.More and more researches are being made on knowledge management(KM) in order to improve and ameliorate the core competence for enterprises.In this paper,according to the main obstacle in current KM projects,that is,being short of effectual inspiriting mechanisms for worker's knowledge contribution,a new index system for measuring stuff's knowledge contribution is put forward,and the method for evaluating knowledge contribution grade is also designed.Then,the encouraging and punishing scenario based on stuff's knowledge contribution grade is conceived and discussed.All the above will be significant for enterprises to profit from KM projects.
