资产评估是一门实践性很强的课程 ,而案例教学是把理论和实践结合的最好方式 ,因此资产评估教学中案例就相当重要 ,但也要注意案例选择的约束条件。既要满足教学的需要又要注重实践。

Asset Evaluation is a course with typical practical features. Case teaching is the best way to combine theory with practice. Therefore, cases are quite important in the teaching of Asset Evaluation. While we are applying this teaching mode, we need to pay attention to the restrictions of the selection of cases, which should not only satisfy the need of teaching but also put great emphasis on practice.
