摘要
本文探讨role -play在大学英语课堂教学中的作用。通过实证研究说明这是一种受到语言学习者欢迎的方法。它实现了在课堂上语言的输入与输出的双向过程 ,把课堂与现实社会相连接 ,使语言学习不再枯燥 ,突出了语言学习的实用性。值得在大学英语教学的开始阶段大量使用。
Here the author discusses how role-play activities play an effective role in college English teaching and illustrates that this method is popular among college students in their English learning process by case study. Role-play realizes spontaneously the double processes of language input and output inside the classroom, connects real society with classroom teaching materials, makes the language learning a fun and enjoyable process, stresses the practical usage of learning language. It is a method that deserves to be widely used in the earlier stage of college English teaching.
