本文以科学发展观为指导,对民族地区高校师资队伍建设问题谈了几点认识,从战略高度重视民族地区高校师资队伍建设,更新师资队伍建设理念,努力适应新的发展需要,坚持以自我培养为主,培养和引进相结合的原则,确保师资队伍稳定与发展等措施。

Under the instruction of scientific development view, the authors discuss their opinions on the teachership construction in the ethnic regions and put forward some measures including attaching special importance from strategic view, updating the concept, trying to adapt to the need of new development, sticking to the policy of combining “self-cultivation” with the policy of “introduce-in” and ensuring the stabilization and development of teachership.
