摘要
《行政许可法》的实施标志着我国在法律框架下塑造现代政府的进程又取得了重要的、建设性进展,是政府的又一场自我革命,具有里程碑的意义。它在许多方面取得了巨大的成就,有许多优点,但同时我们也应该清醒地认识到行政许可法在实践中表现出的不足。
The enforcement of the Administrative Permission Law indicates the important constructive progress in the process of building a modern government, which is regarded as the milestone and of great significance. In spite of the great achievements it has made in practice and its advantages, we should realize that there still exist some disadvantages in implementing the Administrative Permission Law.
