建立以学院(系)为中心的管理模式,是当前高校内部管理体制改革的一个“热点”。本文就高校实行以学院(系)为中心的管理体制从其理论成因、实践的呼唤及实行以院(系)为中心的管理体制后学校对学院(系)的监督与考核评估等方面做了相关阐述。

It is currently a ‘heated point' to establish the ‘faculty-centered' management system in universities and colleges. In this paper, the author elaborates the theoretical reasons, the practical need, the supervision, and assessment of this system.
