A class adviser plays an important role in universities. How to inspire and bring his (her) work into full play is the premise and guarantee to the successful ideological and political education for college students. To achieve this goal, first, we should make clear that students is the main body and center, that the aim is to promote full-scale development. Second, we should enhance innovative notion and explore new approach by studying the new situation carefully. Finally, we should attach importance to the construction of the class adviser's team.
