Study and Practice of the Teaching Quality Guarantee System of Inner Mongolia Finance and Economics College

本文是在我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转型期间,办学规模迅速扩大、教学资源不断优化调整、教学质量面临严峻挑战的情况下,学院根据全面质量管理理念,对教学质量监控体系及运行机制进行的理论研究与实践探索。通过对学院教学质量状况的比较分析,明确教学过程质量监控点,完善教学质量保障体系,建立教学质量运行机制。着重从“教”的环节入手,建章立制,确立科学的质量评估标准,并在实践中不断改进完善,逐步形成了结构较为合理的教学质量保障体系和运行机制,对推动学院教学改革与质量的提高具有重要意义。

Currently Chinese higher education is transforming from “elite” education to ‘mass” education. The schooling scope is enlarging rapidly, the teaching resources are optimizing and adjusting constantly and the teaching quality is facing serious challenges. Under this situation, we have undertaken a theoretical study and practical probe into the monitor system of teaching quality and its operating mechanism based on the comprehensive quality management concept in IMFEC. By a comparative analysis of the teaching quality situation in IMFEC, we have made clear the quality monitor points in the teaching process, perfected teaching quality guarantee system and established the teaching quality operating mechanism. It is significant to promote teaching reform and improve teaching quality in IMFEC.
