随着网络时代的到来,互联网已经成为高校宣传思想工作的一个新的重要阵地,宣传思想工作必须主动迎接网络发展带来的挑战,努力实现网络条件下"以科学的理论武装人、以正确的舆论引导人、以高尚的精神塑造人、以优秀的作品鼓舞人"的战略任务。加强高校宣传思想工作网络化建设必须加强管理,趋利避害,为我所用,努力在全球信息网络化的发展中占据主动地位。

With the coming of cyber era,Internet has become a new important battlefield for colleges and universities to develop publicity ideological work.We must meet the challenge from the development of the network to realize the strategic task of ' arm with scientific theories,guide with right public opinions,model with lofty spirits,inspire with excellent works'.To strengthen the web construction of publicity ideological work in colleges and universities,we should try to occupy initiative position in the development of global information network by reinforcing management,seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages.
