教育规模扩展背景下的内蒙古高等教育质量问题及应对策略

On the Issues of Higher Education Quality of Inner Mongolia and Countermeasures under the Circumstance of Educational Scale Expansion

近年来高等教育质量问题备受社会各界关注,本文就内蒙古高等教育在其规模迅速发展的背景下,如何处理好规模扩展与质量提高的矛盾,确保高等教育的质量提出了一些见解,指出,要正确理解教育质量的内涵,转变教育质量观念,树立多元性的教育质量观,建立教育教学质量监控的长效机制,全面构建和实施内蒙古高等院校本科教学工作质量工程体系,确保高等教育质量,促进高等教育持续健康地发展。

In recent years,the issues of higher education quality are drawing more and more attentions from all levels of life.In this paper,the authors put forward some opinions on how to deal with the contradiction between scale expansion and quality improvement to guarantee the higher education quality under the background of rapid development of higher education scale in Inner Mongolia.They point out that in order to guarantee the higher education quality and advance the sustainable healthy development of it,we should have a deep insight into the connotation of education quality,transform concept,establish poly education quality view and the long-acting education & teaching quality control mechanism,construct and implement a teaching quality project system for undergraduate teaching in Inner Mongolia.
