推进实验教学改革,构建创新型、应用型人才培养平台

Promoting the Experimental Teaching Reform,Constructing the Innovative and Applied Talent Cultivation Platform

经济管理实验教学作为高等财经教育的重要组成部分,近年来在财经院校得到了快速发展。内蒙古财经学院通过整合现有实验资源,进一步提升了实验教学对于培养应用型人才的效果。但是我院在经济管理实验室建设中,还存在着诸如建设经费投入不足、管理的体制和机制尚未完全理顺等问题,本文针对这些问题提出了构建创新型、应用型人才培养平台的一些想法和措施。

As an important part of higher financial and economic education,the experimental teaching of economic management has been developing rapidly in recent year in financial and economic colleges and universities.By integrating the present experimental sources,IMFEC has further promoted the effect of experimental teaching on cultivating applied talents.However,there still exist the problems such as inadequate financial input in construction,the imperfect management system and mechanism and so on.In this paper,directing at these problems,the authors put forward some ideas and measures on constructing new applied talent cultivation platform.
