和谐的人是和谐社会的文化主体,全面和谐社会的创建以个体和谐为基础和前提。以人为本的科学发展观强调人的发展在社会经济发展中的核心作用。强调人的发展最根本的就是要突出人的理性的发展。人的理性是人的一种高级属性。政治思想是人的理性的重要组成部分。彰显主体性、开发创造性、强化实践教学是思想政治教育现代化转型、培养和谐之人的应有之意。

A harmonious person is the cultural main body of a harmonious society and individual harmony is the basis and premise of the construction of an overall harmonious society.Human-centered scientific development view stresses the core role of the individual development in the social and economic development and the most fundamental individual development is to stress the rational development.Human's reason is a kind of higher property and political ideology is an important part of human's reason.Therefore,to stress the main body,develop creativity and reinforce practical teaching is essential for the transition of educational modernization and the cultivation of harmonious people.
