摘要
矿井建设的成本是矿井建设管理的重要指标,投资控制是其管理的中心任务。本文阐述了如何使矿井建设在预定时间、预定质量的前提下,充分采用经济、技术、组织等措施,以尽可能少的劳动消耗,实现预定的目标成本。
The cost of mine construction is an important target in the management of mine construction and the investment control is the central task of the management.In this paper,the author elaborates how to make mine construction fully adopt the measures of economy,technology and organization on the premise of scheduled time and quality.
