In the process of promoting and optimizing the higher education style and quality in ethnic minority areas,ethnic pre-college education has had great development.It is a special level of higher ethnic education.According to the principle of 'characteristics for characteristic education',this paper tries to elaborate the comtency-based teaching,the dominant teaching under the humanistic environment and the teaching based on the target and students' characteristic.The purpose is to provide a specific project for ethnic pre-college education and teaching research,the cultivation model and higher ethnic talent education management.
