摘要
行政管理专业属我院新办专业,它与公共事业管理专业同属管理学门类公共管理一级学科下的两个相近专业。基于当前我国行政管理专业发展及人才培养现状以及我院公共事业管理专业人才培养现状的考察,分析存在问题与不足,适时对我院行政管理专业人才培养模式进行反思,并提出几点建议思考。
The specialty of administration management is a new specialty,which,as well as the specialty of public enterprises management,belongs to the category of public management discipline.Based on the investigation of the development of this specialty and the current situation of talent training,this paper reflects on the talent training model of administration management specialty of IMFEC and puts forward suggestions on it.
