摘要
近些年来,在国家的政策指引下,民营企业得到了飞速发展,成为经济社会发展的一支重要力量。民营企业在我国的众多经济成分中,具有特殊的企业特征,本文就我国民营企业在薪酬管理方面存在的普遍性问题进行了分析探讨,对如何建立科学合理的薪酬体系,提出了实施对策。
In recent years,under the guidance of national policy,private enterprises are developing rapidly. They have become a major force of economic and social development. Among so many economic sectors,they have special enterprise characteristics. This paper probes into the commonly existed problems of salary administration of Chinese medium-sized and small private enterprises and puts forward implementing countermeasures on how to establish scientific and reasonable salary system.
