摘要
21世纪的高职教育进入了内涵式发展时期,人才培养目标应注重学生的知识、能力、素质的综合性。传统体制下,高职教育人才培养目标缺乏职业性、社会实践性、素质教育方面的内容,高职人才培养目标价值取向应以就业为基点,以工作过程为导向,突出实践教学环节,建立具有高职特色的实践教学体系。
Vocational education of 21 century has entered into an era of connotative development.The aim of talents training should focus on the comprehensiveness of students' knowledge,competence and personality.Under traditional system,the aim of it lacks of profession,social practice and content of personality education.Therefore,the value orientation of the aim of higher vocational talents training should based on employment and orientated by working process.Practical teaching factor should be emphasized and a teaching practical teaching system with high vocational education characteristic should be established.
