摘要
本文结合国内外有关文献首先回顾了关于员工心理契约的基本理论,然后对契约违背理论进行了简要地介绍,分析了契约违背的内容、原因、导致的行为及后果、影响因素等内容,并提出了若干预防措施,尝试对人力资源领域这一热门话题进行简单的归纳。
Based on document review home and abroad,this paper first reviews the fundamental theory of personnel's psychological contract,then introduces the contract-violating theory briefly,analyses the content,reasons,the behaviours,the outcomes and influence factors etc and puts forward several preventive measures in attempt to induce the heated discussed topic of human resources.
