摘要
管理人员胜任力研究是目前学术界研究的热点和难点问题之一。因管理人员在组织中的重要作用,使得管理人员胜任力的研究备受学者关注,形成以当代心理学、人力资源管理、教育学等多学科的研究视角和相应的研究成果。本文旨在对这些研究成果进行文献梳理,对研究的现状进行描述,分析并找出研究中存在的问题及原因,提出相应的建议对策。
The study of managers' competency is one of the hot and difficult points in the academic field at present.Their important role in organization attracts much attention from scholars to the study of their competency,forms multi-discipline research view of contemporary psychology,human resources management and pedagogy etc.and relevant outcomes.This paper aims to sort out these outcomes,describes the present situation,analyzes existed problems and reasons,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
