政治发展视域中的政治动员:反思与重构

On Political Mobilization from the View of Political Development——Reflection and Reconstruction

本文首先考察了在国家政治统治和政治管理中政治动员的一般作用,即研究一般的、普遍意义的政治动员存在逻辑及其政治价值。在此基础之上,又从政治发展的视角分析了政治动员的角色和作用,以及它与政治现代化、民主化、制度化以及政治稳定之间的关系。最后,通过理性的反思与辩证的考察,论证了中国的政治动员的利弊得失并探索了中国政治发展和民主化建设中政治动员的重构路径问题。

This paper first explores the general function of political mobilization in a country's political control and management.That is to study the logics and political value of it.On this basis,this paper analyzes the role and function of political mobilization,the relationship with political modernization,democracy and political steady from the view of political development.In the end,through rational reflection and dialectical exploration,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese political mobilization,explores Chinese political development and the reconstructing route of political mobilization in democracy construction.
