高校思想政治理论课教育教学现状的理性分析

高校思想政治理论课是系统的对大学生进行马克思主义理论教育和思想品德教育的主渠道、主阵地。新形势新阶段为高校思想政治理论课建设带来了新的机遇,社会转型期人们的思想意识和观念发生了巨大的变化,也给高校思想政治理论课教育教学带来了新的课题。高校思想政治理论课建设不断在推进,但同时存在的问题也不容忽视,如管理不到位,教学理念和方法不能适应要求,教师队伍不稳定,素质有待提高等等。解决这些问题,要加强对思想政治理论课的重视,贯彻新的教育理念,健全管理体制,探索教学新模式、新方法、新手段,加强队伍建设。通过逐步的改革,改善高校思想政治理论课教育教学现状,提升教育的时效性。

College Ideological and political theory course is the main channel to carry out Marxism theory education as well as ideological & moral education.New situation and new stage bring new opportunity to the construction of ideological and political theory course.In the period of social transformation,great changes have taken place in people's ideology and ideas.It also brings new study program to the teaching of this course.Now the construction of this course is constantly progressing.Meanwhile,the existed problems cannot be ignored such as inadequate management,out-of-date teaching concepts and methods,unsteady teaching team,etc.To solve these problems,we should pay more attention to this course,implement new educational concept,perfect management system,explore new teaching patterns,new methods and new means,and reinforce team construction.Through gradual reform,we can improve the teaching situation of this course and promote education effectiveness.
