摘要
二十世纪初在美国开展的职业辅导运动使职业生涯发展理论应运而生。在过去的几十年里,随着人力资源管理理论的发展及人本思想的日益推行,学者们对于职业生涯理论的探索开始投入极大的热忱,使得职业生涯发展理论逐渐走向成熟。本文按照职业生涯发展理论的演进,归纳总结了国外学者对于职业生涯概念的理解,并对国外职业生涯发展理论进行梳理,在此基础上提出自己的观点和看法。
The professional guidance movement developed in the United States arises to the development theory of professional career at the beginning of 20th century.In the last few decades,as the human resources management theory and the development of humanistic thought implementation increasingly,the scholars start to work on the theory of professional career,and make the development theory of professional career gradually mature.This paper,according to the career development theory,and summarized the evolution of foreign scholars for career,and the concept of foreign career development theory,then based on the comb proposes ideas and opinions.
