On the Realistic Problems Existed in Personal Privacy Protection Law

本文针对个人隐私权法律保护中的现实问题提出了自己的观点,认为构建保护隐私权的较为完善的民事、刑事法律制度,解决好公众的知情权与隐私权保护间的关系,制定网络媒体中隐私权保护的对策以及关注特殊服务领域中的个人隐私权保护,是解决好个人隐私权法律保护现实问题的有效途径。

Directing at the realistic problems existed in personal privacy protection law,this paper puts forward personal opinion of it.It believes the effective approaches include:construct perfect civil and criminal law that can protect personal privacy,solve the relationship between public's right to know and personal privacy protection,stimulate countermeasures of network media privacy protection and attach importance to personal privacy protection in the field of special service.
