财经类院校行政管理本科专业人才培养模式探析

An Analysis of the Talent Training Model of Administrative Management Undergraduate Specialty

在我国高等教育重心由规模扩张转向质量提升、强调内涵发展的今天,加强专业建设,促进学科发展,提高人才培养质量无疑是各高校面临的共同主题。行政管理专业在财经类院校普遍起步较晚,人才培养特色及后发优势不明显,缺乏对自身及与人才培养相关因素的全面认识和把握。因此,完善财经类院校行政管理本科专业人才培养模式,应立足于对自身的全面解读,对培养主体、培养对象、社会需求、学科发展等因素的系统分析,对教学理念、培养目标、专业取向、课程体系设置、教学内容与方法、师资队伍建设等方面的准确定位和特色创新。

With the transformation of Chinese higher education core from scale enlargement to quality improvement,under the background of emphasizing connotation development,strengthening specialty construction,advancing subject development and improving talent cultivation quality are the common theme that all universities are facing.Administrative management specialty is a new specialty in finance and economics colleges,so talent training characteristics and the advantage of backwardness of this specialty is not obvious.It lacks of overall comprehension to the specialty itself and the relevant factors of talent training.Therefore,perfecting the talent training model of this specialty should start from an overall comprehension to the specialty itself,a systematic analysis of training subject,training candidate,social demand and subject development etc,an accurate orientation and feature innovation to teaching concept,training objectives,professional orientation,course system set-up,teaching content and method and teacher's team construction etc.
