基本医疗卫生资源与农牧民健康水平密切相关。新农合制度实施以来,少数民族聚居地区基本医疗卫生水平明显得到改善,但与"人人享有基本医疗卫生服务"目标仍相差甚远。应坚持少数民族聚居地区基本医疗卫生资源的公益性、加大中央政府责任、进行科学合理的规划,实施充足、有效的配置,这对于提高农牧民健康水平、增进民族团结、维护社会稳定等具有非常重要的现实意义。

Basic medical and health resource is closely related to the health standard of farmers.Since the implementing of new rural medical system,the basic medical and health standard of ethnic minorities concentrated regions has been improved obviously.However,it is still far away from the objectives of 'Everyone will have access to basic medical and health services'.We should adhere to the public benefit of the basic medical and health resource allocation of ethnic minorities concentrated regions,strengthen central government's responsibility to undertake scientific and reasonable project,carry out sufficient and effective allocation,which is of important realistic significance to improve farmers' health standard,increasing national unity and maintain social stability.
