Higher education is facing too much changes and uncertainties such as economic globalization,mass education and cultural diversity etc in the 21st century.Therefore,higher financial and economic education needs deep thinking and reform.However,the interest orientation reform such as general university spirit,sticking to value and adapting to the country and the society's need etc can only balance not accept or reject.The education aim of new intellectual business is to provide a reform approach to integrate diversified value demands and Chinese-western culture.
