大孔吸附树脂对珠子参叶总皂苷纯化工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化珠子参叶中总皂苷的工艺条件及参数.方法 以珠子参叶总皂苷的吸附量和解析率为指标筛选大孔吸附树脂,并研究所选树脂分离纯化珠子叶参总皂苷的吸附与解吸特性,优化纯化条件.结果 饱和吸附量为54.98 mg/g,树脂量:上样药材量为2∶3,上样浓度为4.8~5.8 mg/mL,上样液pH值6.0为佳;洗脱用60%乙醇16倍柱体积,收集60%乙醇洗脱部分.结论 HPD-100型大孔树脂对珠子参叶总皂苷有较好的吸附与解析特性,适合用于珠子参叶总皂苷的分离与纯化. Objective To study the purification condition and parameter of the leaves of Rhizoma Panacis Majoris′ total saponins by macroporous absorbent resin.Methods Absorbance quantity and analysis rate of Rhizoma Panacis Majoris′total saponins were used as indicators to sieve macroporous absorbent resin and the characteristics of adsorption and desorption of Rhizoma Panacis Majoris′total saponins was studied to optimize purification condition.Results Saturation adsorption quantity:54.98 mg/g,resin quantity:medicinal herbs on the amount of sample 2∶3,concentration on the amount of sample 4.8~5.8 mg/mL,60% grain alcohol was used for elution wash 16 times volume and 60% of grain alcohol elution wash was collected.Conclusion HPD-100 macroporous resin showed better characteristics of adsorption and desorption and suitable for purification of rhizoma panaois majoris.
