摘要
目的研究沙棘鲜果对高脂膳食大鼠的脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法50只大鼠随机分为5组,即:空白组(基础饲料)、高脂组(高脂饲料)、沙棘鲜果低剂量组、沙棘鲜果中剂量组、沙棘鲜果高剂量组。用沙棘鲜果浆以相应剂量持续灌胃30 d,测定大鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与高脂组相比,沙棘鲜果可提升大鼠SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论沙棘鲜果具有抗氧化的功能。
Objective To study the influence of Seabuckthorn fruits on lipid peroxidatio in high-fat diet in rats.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group(basic diet),high-fat group(high fat diet),low-dose seabuckthorn fruits group,middle-dose seabuckthorn fruits group,high-dose seabuckthorn fruits group.The rats were given continuous gavage with corresponding dose of Seabuckthorn fruit pulp for 30 days,and serum SOD activity and MDA content were determined.Results Compared with the high-fat group,seabuckthorn fruit increased SOD activity in rats and lowered MDA content.Conclusion Seabuckthorn fruits had antioxidative function.
