摘要 分子营养学是指应用分子生物学技术和方法从分子水平上研究营养学的一个新领域,是营养科学研究的一个层面,是营养科学的一个组成部分或分支。分子营养学的研究将为进一步阐明各种营养素在人体生命活动中的作用机理奠定基础,进而使其在营养学和临床营养学中发挥重要作用。
