136名医学大学生SCL-90调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of SCL-90 of 136 medical students

目的了解医学院校大学生心理健康状况。方法通过分层取样的方法抽取某校大学生1年级至3年级共136人,应用症状自评量表(简称SCL-90)进行调查。结果强迫项在年级这个变量上差异非常显著,一年与二年在强迫项差异显著,一年会比二年更多的产生强迫倾向。男女不同性别之间,在躯体化、强迫、精神病性和其他方面差异特别显著,P<0.01;在人际敏感、抑郁、恐怖和妄想方面也存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论该校大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,应引起各级主管部门的高度重视,正确引导使高校大学生能积极健康地成长。

Objective To find out mental health conditions of medical students.Methods 136 students from freshmen,sophomores,and juniors by stratification sampling were assessed according to Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90).Results There was great differences in forcing term in different grades,freshmen differed from sophomores greatly in compulsive tendency.While in somatization,compulsion,psychopathy and other aspects,differences in gender were remarkable(P<0.01).In interpersonal sensitivity,depression,fear,and delusion,differences in gender were also obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health of medical students was not optimistic,which should be attached great importance by departments at all levels,measures should be taken to correctly guide medical students to make them grow healthily.
