Latest progress on study of stem cells in brain tumor

摘要 原发恶性脑肿瘤发病率呈逐年递增趋势,其预后极差。寻找脑肿瘤复发的根源、延长患者的生存时间,已成为国内外学者急需解决的难题。尽管为了了解恶性脑肿瘤的发病机制做了大量的研究工作,其预后仍不乐观,患者生存期延长极为缓慢,这可能与对肿瘤细胞来源的肤浅认识有关。而脑肿瘤干细胞(BTSCs)的提出,为神经科学研究领域开创了新局面。本综述对神经干细胞(NSCs)、BTSCs的发现、BTSCs与NSCs的关系、BTSCs的标记物作了阐述,为脑肿瘤研究提供了新方向,为临床用药及新药研发提供了新的靶标。
