硅胶包膜巩膜后埋藏磁片治疗缺血性眼病的实验研究

摘要 目的观察不同磁场强度的硅胶包埋磁片对缺血性眼病的影响,探讨磁场对缺血性眼病治疗作用与机制。方法 80只家兔随机分5组:阴性对照组、200GS组、400GS组、800GS组、阳性对照组。左眼制作为视网膜动脉缺血,分别用200GS、400GS、800GS磁片巩膜后埋藏,对照组埋藏硅胶片。每组随机取四只家兔一周时行眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查,半个月时再次行FFA检查,一个月时最后行FFA检查。另外四只在一个月时做血清学检查后处死,取缺血部位眼组织做组织学检查。结果 200GS、400GS、800GS组及阳性对照组均有不同程度的缺血改善,阴性对照组无改善。结论 硅胶包膜巩膜后埋藏磁片能有效的治疗缺血性眼病。 Objective To observe impact of silicone coated disks of different magnetic field strength on ischemic diseases and explore functions and mechanisms of magnetic fields on the treatment of ischemic diseases.Methods 80 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:the negative control group,the 200GS group,the 400GS group,the 800GS group and the positive control group.The left eyes of the rabbits were made retinal artery ischemia,200GS,400GS,800GS silicone coated magnetic disks were buried behind sclera respectively,while in the control group the same dose of silicone coated disks were buried behind sclera.4 rabbits in each group were randomly made FFA check a week later,half a month later,a month later respectively.Another 4 rabbits chosen randomly were killed after serological test a month later,tissues from ischemic eyes were taken for histological tests.Results The 200GS,400GS,800GS group and the positive control group improved in decreasing degrees of ischemia,the negative control group had no any improvement.Conclusion Silicone coated disks could treat ischemic diseases effectively.
