Analysis and Application of Thermal Stress

简要介绍了某结构设计时热应力分析的必要性,通过对某结构的温度场分析和热应力分析,计算静热联合应力,同时与单独静力作用下的应力比较,可以看出静热应力远大于单独静力应力,说明在该结构设计时,必须考虑温度梯度变化引起的热应力作用。

The necessity of thermal stress in structure design analysis is briefly introduced.The stress under static and thermal loads is calculated by analyzing of temperature field and thermal stress.Compared with the stress under static load alone,the joint stress is much greater.The present work indicates that the effect of thermal stress resulted from temperature gradient should be considered in structure design.
