摘要
本文针对多轴联动电加工机床数控转台加工过程中的精度保持技术,从零件制造误差、表面误差、热变形、受力变形等方面进行分析和计算,利用结果指导转台零件设计、加工、装配,从而保证转台的精度要求。同时利用分析和计算结果建立数学模型,对转台的动态精度进行综合补偿。
The accuracy maintaining technology in the NC rotary table process of multi-axis EDM is analyzed and calculated through these methods induding the parts manufacturing error,the surface error,thermal deformation and stress deformation.The results are used to guide the part design,process and assembly of rotary table for ensuring rotary table precision.At the same time a mathematical model is established to compensate comprehensively the dynamic accuracy of rotary table through the results of both analysis and calculations.
