摘要 通过分析新一代运载火箭叉形环与球形箱底环形焊接的结构特点,针对其研究了一种新型的焊接夹紧机构。介绍了机构的组成与工作原理,分析了夹紧机构的可靠性。该焊接夹紧机构有效地实现了叉形环与球形箱底焊接夹紧定位,满足了新一代运载火箭的焊接工艺要求。 A new welding and clamping mechanism of the new generation of launch vehicle is proposed by analyzing the structural characteristics of the spherical base and fork-like ring.The composition and the working principle is described and the reliability of the clamping mechanism is analyzed.The clamping mechanism realizes the clamping and positioning of the spherical base and fork-like ring effectively.It satisfies all the requirements of the welding process to a new generation of launch vehicles.
