摘要
单向加筋的复合材料蒙皮应用领域广泛,为保证筋条与蒙皮的胶接强度和筋条的直线度,研究比较了筋条与蒙皮的共固化、共胶接、二次胶接3种方式;针对共固化过程筋条加压要求,研究分析了全钢模、半钢模、全软模3种结构,并且对材料的工艺性进行了试验和研究。
The unidirectional reinforced composites skin is widely applied.3 ways including co-curing,co-bonding and secondary bonding of rib and skin are studied and compared.According to the requirement of rib pressurizing during co-curing,3 structure including all steel mold,semi-steel mold and full flexible mold are analyzed,and the processing of materials are tested and researched.
