摘要 飞机铝合金蒙皮裂纹是飞机在使用过程中最常见的损伤形式.传统的修理方法是在裂纹部位铆接一块与蒙皮材料相同的加强片,以恢复蒙皮裂纹部位的损失强度.由于现代飞机的铝合金蒙皮普遍较厚,形状复杂,且缺乏应有的内部施工空间,致使加强件的制作和铆接困难,甚至难以实施修理.
