摘要
采用激光熔覆方法对钛合金试样表面缺陷进行修复,对修复结果进行反复测试,并与氩弧焊修复进行对比试验。试验结果表明,激光熔覆可实现对钛合金表面缺陷的有效修复,且各方面性能远高于氩弧焊修复。
Repairing for titanium alloy surface defect with laser cladding method is researched.A number of tests on the coat and the titanium alloy material are carried out.The comparative experiment on the laser cladding method and the argon arc welding is performed.The results prove that the laser cladding method can repair the titanium alloy surface defect well,and the laser cladding coat performances are better than the argon arc welding.
