摘要
随着对航空产品性能要求的进一步提高,现代航空工业中广泛使用薄壁件零件。由于薄壁件零件刚度差,在加工过程中极易发生变形。建立了参数化薄壁件加工过程有限元模型,借助有限元软件ANSYS10.0对薄壁件加工变形量进行分析计算研究。由于ANSYS本身功能有限,不能提供较为友好的图形化界面输入,所以基于C#环境完成了ANSYS的二次开发软件的研究,建立了友好的操作界面,用户可以直接在操作界面上输入参数,软件即可在后台调用ANSYS进行计算,从而极大地提高了分析效率。
With higher demanding to reduce the weight of aviation products,many components used in the aviation industry usually adopt thin-wall structures.But,because of its poor stiffness,thin-wall workpiece deforms easily in machining process.So finite element model of parameterized thin-wall workpiece in machining process is estabilished and the machining deformation of thin-wall workpiece is calculated by using FEM software ANSYS 10.0.Because ANSYS can't provide a relatively friendly graphical interface,a secondary development of ANSYS is made based on C#,and a friendly interface is developed.The software developed could call ANSYS to calculate in background after the users enter the parameters,so the efficiency of analysis could increase in a large degree.
