摘要
针对复杂航空产品对自由形面、几何特征、关键点等多种几何要素数据的快速统一获取需求,结合自主研发的曲线/曲面/特征综合化测量系统,介绍集成了摄影测量、双目立体测量、手持接触测量等方法的三维数字化综合测量系统的基本框架,阐述其中的系统标定、立体图像对匹配、多幅视图下的靶点位置求解等关键技术,并给出航空产品综合测量的工程应用实例。
During the process of measuring a complex shape product in the aerospace industry,it is required to get different types of geometric elements including free-form surfaces,geometric features,and some specific points.In this paper,an integrated system is introduced for measuring objects via several methods such as photogrammetry,binocular stereo vision,and hand-held probe measuring,and the measuring data is unified in one coordinate system.It makes more easily to reconstruct curves,surfaces and geometric features from the data.Some key technologies of the system are presented such as the basic framework,the calibration,the registration of stereo image pairs,the reference points determination using multiple views and so on.For demonstration,several complex shaped aerospace products are measured.
