摘要
在归纳总结了航空航天领域复合材料构件典型加工特征的基础上,针对航空航天企业工艺使用特点,以Oracle为数据库管理系统,采用B/S结构体系和Struts框架构建了复合材料典型构件加工工艺数据库原型系统。所开发的数据库包含了常用复合材料典型特征结构加工参数数据库、数控加工程序库、常用刀具库、若干典型构件的加工工艺等,并具有良好的可扩展性及可维护性,能够为相关企业的复合材料数字化加工提供相应的技术支持。
Based on summarizing typical processing feature of composite components in aerospace field,a process database prototype system for typical components is constructed by using Oracle database management system,B/S architectural structures and Structs framework.The database developed includes machining parameters database for typical feature structure of common composite,program library for digital-controlled processing,common tool library,machining process of some typical components,etc..It possesses good expansibility and maintainability,and can provide corresponding technical support for digital processing of composites of related enterprises.
