自动铺放工艺的复合材料预浸带的适宜性评价方法 被引量:10

摘要 依据自动铺带头的结构从离型纸与预浸带的作用、预浸带间的粘附性、预浸带对模具的粘附性这3个影响自动铺放成功的方面简介了预浸带的自动铺放适宜性的评价方法。首先,通过离型纸剥离力的测量和比较可以选择出适合自动铺放的离型纸。其次,通过楔子剥离测试预浸带间的平均剥离力,为选择出一定温度下适宜自动铺放的预浸带提供了参考。最后,通过预浸带与垂直金属板间的粘性测量,为选择适宜在金属模具表面自动铺放的预浸料提供指导。 According to the structure of the tape layer material delivery head,the assessment methods for suitability of composite prepreg for automated tape laying is briefly introduced from three aspects:the interaction between the backing paper and the prepreg,the adhesive capacity between the prepregs and the adhesive capacity between the prepreg and the tool.Firstly,backing papers can be selected by measuring and comparing their peel force values.Secondly,the prepreg tack can be tested and suitable prepreg can be selected by testing average peel force through wedge peeling test.Finally,the prepreg which is suitable for automatedly laying on the surface of the tool can be chosen by gauging the adhesive capacity of the prepreg for adhering to the vertically placed steel plate.Therefore,it is an excellent means to combine the above three methods for selecting suitable prepregs.
